With more than 80 grocery-anchored shopping centres located in growing regional areas, our properties offer convenience-based shopping with leading anchor and national specialty brand tenants.

We are currently seeking a motivated Administration Manager with superior skills to join our team in a varied interesting role.

In this exciting role, you will provide support to the Centre Manager in daily administrative tasks, conduct monitoring of Hubs Financials/Arrears, collect and report on specialty turnover, ensure monthly timetables are kept, manage Casual Lease enquiries and bookings as well as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong administration management experience in a retail/shopping centre environment

• Be highly motivated and able to manage a varied and often time-pressured role

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• A hands on approach to teamwork

This is an exciting career opportunity for a dedicated administration professional who has experience in property management.
